Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

The Problem

To develop an EVP that attracts critical talent, drives employee engagement, and supports talent retention in areas with moderate turnover, despite the challenge of varying working environments and cultures across different client sites. To address the diverse employee experiences shaped by each unique workplace culture.

The Creative Challenge

To develop a visual identity that embodies the employer brand, fosters workforce unity, and resonates with employees by reflecting their employee experience.

Project Objectives

  • To conduct an EVP diagnosis and develop an actionable and future-proof EVP that is authentic and inspiring.

  • To create a visual language that represents the employee experience at Kinetic IT and employer brand promise to existing and future talent and brings the EVP to life.

  • To support the implementation of the EVP with application best practices.

The Process and Deliverables

 
 

Following our unique 5-step approach, Corporate Crayon led the end-to-end process of developing the Kinetic IT EVP.

  • Discovery - every successful project begins with the ‘Discovery’ research phase. For this project we reviewed strategic documentation, conducted interviews with the executive leadership team, a workshop with key stakeholders/mangers, focus groups with employees, and as well as a desktop analysis of four talent competitors and an external talent survey to understand employer preferences and employer brand recognition.

  • Connection – through a deep dive into the talent audience, research insights, and brand, we identified key themes and crafted the expression and employer brand story, ensuring the development of an authentic and inspiring EVP.

  • Human - as part of our human-centred approach, we engaged a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure the EVP direction is both relevant and fit-for-purpose to meet organisational objectives.

  • Considered Design - bringing the EVP to life with a compelling visual identity that reflects the employer brand, ensuring seamless integration both internally and externally. Corporate Crayon developed the EVP logo and design elements as an extension of Kinetic IT’s existing branding.

  • Simple Application – To support the implementation of the EVP, Corporate Crayon provided an EVP One-Pager which serves as the tangible EVP framework, clearly and practically outlining what is currently offered and future commitments.
