VALUES IN ACTION CAMPAIGN

The challenge

Discovery Parks engaged Corporate Crayon to solve for limited employee engagement with Discovery Parks’ corporate values. ‘HAVE FUN’, the acronym for their values, was known but not top of mind. A campaign was needed to craft an authentic story and bring these values to life

The outcome

Engaging employees and managers with creative workshops, we explored deep insights into Discovery Parks culture. Evaluating these data points, we developed a concept for employees to connect to: ‘The Discovery Smile’. These were smiles for every occasion that authentically represented an employee’s day-to-day life as expressed by each of Discovery Parks’ values. Supported by many comms channels, The Discovery Smile is an authentic and impactful way to bring the HAVE FUN values to life.
