With over 20 years working in HR leadership roles in Australia, Asia Pacific, South America and Europe, Evelyn understands how to motivate individuals and can guide organisations to create cultures that support their growth and commercial outcomes.

As CEO of Corporate Crayon, she is dedicated to inspire work that matters through practical, results driven initiatives, insights and tools to support meaningful work.

Evelyn is also the founder and CEO of Find My Meaning, a learning and development organisation that supports individuals and their leaders work and live better.

Outside work, she enjoys bushwalking, thrifting and travelling with loved ones.

Steph is a seasoned graphic designer with experience across studios, agencies and freelance work. She loves creating visually appealing designs that solve problems and achieve purpose, like piecing together a puzzle. At Corporate Crayon, she delivers branding, layout, and digital assets. A whiz in InDesign, she also works confidently in Illustrator and Photoshop. Outside work, she enjoys gardening, DIY, and camping with her family.

Outside work, she enjoys painting, sport, cooking and camping.

Julia is a UX designer driven by curiosity, creativity and problem-solving. She crafts intuitive, user-focused solutions through research, prototyping and strategic design. With expertise spanning UX, UI, branding and business strategy, her goal is to create meaningful impact. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, pilates, road trips with her dog, and learning French while exploring new cities.
